We have known Bristol web design companies (we often fill the technical gap for other agencies) whose websites are effectively short-term solutions. Sites that were built over a number of lunches, or late night sessions, that have just remained in place because they don't have the time to create a well-concieved and properly planned site. You could say this is a good thing; design companies with a healthy workload that prioritise client work.
The creation of our first site was exactly the same; it was more of a holding page than anything else. So, we eventually forced ourselves to create our first proper website.
And here it is. As all-singing, all-dancing as it needs to be. Optimised for search engines, tested for usability and fully accessable (just like all our sites). And although we didn't cut corners (we ensured we identified our requirements, created user stories, planned the site properly, made sure all stakeholders were happy), we did have a few late night sessions. Teoh's round the corner from the Tobacco Factory (where our office is) has done very well out of us!
So thanks to Teohs for feeding us. Thanks to our neighbours in the new office for putting up with a few heated arguements, and some loud music (required to keep us going). Also Lavazza coffee and our trusty espresso machine, which helped keep our minds artifically stimulated.
Now we can sit back, and hope that people like you will come to our site. You can even let us know what you think if you like!
